E-books ‘damage sleep and health,’ doctors warn…

…Cries a headline in the BBC news today quoting a Harvard Medical School report – but it’s very misleading. The TV news repeatedly referred to e-book readers, when what they really meant was tablets used as e-book readers. Dedicated e-book readers like Kindles (as opposed to the Fire tablets) are no worse than print books and aren’t what this article is talking about.

And it doesn’t stop there. Reading e-books at night can actually alter the dimensions of your eyes, according to a survey of one person sponsored by Photoshop.
